Order Policy
I wanted to let you all know about my custom order policy.
- First and foremost if there is anything that you want that either I do not yet make or but you want me to make differently all you have to do is ask me.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE to do something that is totally unique. - On any custom order, please allow 2-4 weeks for completion and delivery. If you order a pettiskirt from me please allow 8-12 weeks. Generally it won’t take that long however since i am a SAHM to five kids i do want to make sure that everyone understands that life can at times get in the way of me completing projects in a timely manner. However I will always make sure that you are told if something is going to take longer then normal.
- I also will make sure that on any custom order I keep you updated as to the progress of your order.
- Everything will be made in the order that I get requests in. So if ou order a pettiskirts for instance and I have 3 orders ahead of you then It will be that long before I even start.
Usually I use USPS priority mail to ship my products. However if you order only a few small bows from me then I ship using regular mail in a padded envelope.
If you have ordered something from me that is listed as ready to ship on my for sale page, then your order will be shipped the following friday or saturday. If you order on friday I will ship on saturday. If you order on saturday usually i will not be able to ship till the next friday. IF you need it sooner usually i can work something out with you.
As i said above I LOVE to make things that are totally unique and so please ask me if there is any thing that you would like to see me make please email me and i will let you know what I can do.
